Section 2.04 of the RFP states that the City requires completion of the Project according to the timetable listed in Section 1.3 - is this referring to Section 1.03? If so, that timetable does not include a project completion date. When does the City expect this project to be completed? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Answer

The goal would be to be in front of the City Council by the end of 2019 and the preliminary engineering complete by July 2020.
