The City of Newberg is seeking proposals from professional engineering consultants to provide design, survey and construction phase services for the above project.

Proposal selection is qualification based according to the proposer’s experience, expertise, project schedule, scope and understanding.

Proposals are due November 9, 2018 at 2:00 pm local time. Address proposals to:
